The original owner had a burnt intake valve and parked it in his garage due to a lack of time to repair the vehicle. Since I purchased the truck, the battery has been replaced, and the radiator was returned to an original Toyota part. Head gasket was rebuilt and carburetor was rebuilt. The fuel system was flushed in addition to new cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. The head was cleaned, decked, and received new valve seals. I have been driving the truck as a daily and all operates as it should. The A/C is cold, but i prefer windows down. All smog equipment is in an unmolested state for emission state bidders. There is slight rust on the passenger rear quarter panel, however it is only surface rust at this time. Two more spots of rust on around the trim fitting on both front fenders. I do have the trim, but removed for the photos. The clear coat is faded on the rough and hood. This is a great daily driver or a solid base for restoration.
