1947 Ford 1-1/2 Ton Fire Truck. This Truck is from Bushnell Nebraska Volunteer Fire Department. Extremely low 3719 original miles indicated on odometer. This truck has a clear Nebraska title. Body is 99.9 percent rust free. One of the nicest cabs you will ever find. Check out pictures of cab corners and doors, etc. All glass original ford, drivers side glass cracked. All original Firestone tires with a spare. If you are restoring a 42 – 47 Ford truck, this cab would be perfect for you. Original engine runs well, but block is cracked internally. Water was left in it, and it likely froze. I have not attempted any repair of block. With modern block sealers on the market, simple repair may be possible. This truck would make a great old style wrecker/tow truck. The fire pumper box might be easily converted to nice wrecker box. Brakes are down from sitting.
