This car has been sitting for about 20 years. It was parked because of the passengers side damage. The car struck a guard rail in the passengers side door and quarter. As you can in the pictures, it was quite a hit. The unibody could be fixed, but it would be far easier to simply get another unibodyand switch everything over. All the front sheet metal, subframe and suspension, front and rear are untouched. The vehicle was running and driving when parked. The engine was full of oil and the cooling system was full of anti freeze. The driver door with it’s VIN decal is in good shape. This is an absolutely complete car except for the trunk lid and 1 t top bag. It even has it’s spare and jack assembly. I have not tried to start it yet, but I have changed the oil and it was clean and full. I turned the engine by hand and it turns easily. I have no doubt it will run and I may attempt to start it in the coming days. Other than the battery tray, the only rust on the car is minor surface rust. The car was produced in April of 1979 at the Van Nuys California plant and then I believe it spent the rest of it’s life in the south.
