2014 SUBARU IMPREZA STIMileage: 64,000+Color: World Rally BlueTitle Brand: Rebuilt* *The "Rebuilt" title brand results from the car sitting in a freshwater flood in Chicago, IL, in August 2014. A vehicle history report is included which confirms this fact. The carpeting and ECU were replaced by Suburban Auto Sales of Skokie, IL before resale. Over the nearly three-year period I have owned the car, there have been no issues related to the flood event, electrical or mechanical. The exterior is in OK shape due to rock chips/minor blemishes. This past summer she got a full detail with paint correction and a 7 year ceramic coating from Chicago Autogleam. The interior is mint and everything works as it should. This STI is a base model which did not come with fog lights. I converted it to have fog lights using only OEM subaru parts and Morimoto LED foglights. I have receipts and paperwork for just about everything I've put into this build which will be provided to the new owner. The stock block experienced ring land failure last year so I had an entirely new shortblock built using forged internals and swapped the stock heads back on. I also installed an entirely new fuel system and new ACT clutch. I performed the proper break-in sequence of 1500 miles for the block and clutch. First start, run for 10 minutes, oil change. Second oil change at 500 miles. Third oil change at 1500 miles. All of this on a proper break-in tune limiting me to 4500rpm. The first 1000 miles were also driven on the street for a proper clutch break in.The new motor, clutch, and new fuel system now only have 1600 miles on them and was just pro tuned by Graham at Six Star upon reaching the 1500 mile mark with a safe but fun tune.The block was blueprinted and assembled by Steven at Stroud Built and is good for a reliable 600HP. I am aware my asking price for a rebuilt title'd car is high but to replicate this entire build would cost close to double.
