I purchased this 1969 Mach 1 428 CJ almost 20 years ago, drove it home, started a restoration, then it has sat in my garage for 18 years. The drive train is not original, but the engine I pulled from the car is a CJ block that I had bored .040 over but never assembled (you would have to hone the cylinders), with a 428 crank and heads. The rods are 390, but they have been shot peened, balanced, and come with ARP after-market bolts. Also have new pistons, cam, and rebuild kit included with the car. The car comes with a big block toploader four speed. The wheels in the pictures are also included. Original color is Acapulco Blue with the black-out hood. I have a Marti report that I can email. Body is good for a 1969, a few rust spots shown in pictures need work (pans look good). Based on repairs visible in the trunk, the car was hit in the rear at one time and rear patch panels have been installed. Overall, it's all there so it is a great project, and they aren't making any more of these.
