Car runs and drives. Someone long ago changed the car to a flower or parade car with an open back. I have a15 year old South Carolina title for car, but seller signed title in wrong place. I am selling the car for parts for this reason. Car drives reasonably good with good engine and transmission. All body parts, bumpers, doors, hood, and fenders are in good condition, with no dents.
