Used daily driver CTS-V. Purchased from Bravo Cadillac in El Paso. All service performed at Bravo Cadillac since new. Car is in good driver shape. 1 previous rear end accident with replacement of rear bumper cover, repair/paint of trunk lid and drivers rear quarter panel. Repair performed 3 years ago. Typical dings and scratches of a family car. 3 of the rims have some rubbing. All 4 tires continental extreme contact in factory sizing new January 2017 through discount tire direct. This is not a garage queen and I wont pretend it is. It is stock and never been modified. Never been raced. This is my wife's daily driver. Non-smoker. Garaged half the time. Never been in snow. Never been north of Dallas, TX. Has had the supercharger replaced under warranty due to the typical snout noise. If I recall 3 of the shocks/struts replaced under warranty due to leaking. Front suspension squeaks in winter until the bushings warm up. Everything works inside. Interior is clean and without smells or tears. Are there things I am missing? No doubt. Ask any questions. As this is our daily driver I tried to hit the high points but certainly there are things I am missing. Bottom line - I received an appraisal from Carmax for trade in which I have scanned my quote and attached here for reference. The quote is good for 7 days and the car will be sold to Carmax if I do not get my asking price which I think is fair. I am asking a bit over Carmax offer but less than fair market value. Buyer benefits getting a good car at a good price. I benefit getting a bit more than Carmax. Offers - Not accepting offers. Due to the simplicity of Carmax if I dont get my price I will simply trade in the car and you can chase it down from whatever dealer lists it at $33k after prep.
