Offered is one of the most reliable Jaguars models ever produced with extremely low mileage (57,026). My British car mechanic who has maintained this car, recommended it and inspected it before I bought it at 41,000 miles, four years ago. This is a rust free, never wrecked Southern California car from new. I had some minor body and paint work (done properly by an excellent shop) when I first bought the car. The 1995-97 4.0 inline 6 cylinder engines have been nearly trouble free and most of these cars on the market today have in excess of 150,000 miles and are still going strong. It is backed by a ZF 4-speed automatic which is equally strong and reliable. I am the third owner of this car, having had three others of this series. The car shows very well. The interior is in very good condition, showing very minor wear to the back bolster of the driver's seat. The carpets, door panels and burlwood trim are in excellent condition and the headlining is new. The car is equipped with the usual power steering, brakes, windows, door locks, thermostatically controlled heat/air, memory power seats, a built-in garage door remote, a slide/tilt sunroof, power mirrors and a tilt/telescoping leather wrapped steering wheel, original equipment AM/FM Casette radio with automatic antenna, one key with working remote, factory alarm system. All components are in excellent working order (with the exception of the clock readout which comes and goes). The tires are Sumitomo Z-rated, replaced by me about three years ago and show very little wear. The alloy wheels have been completely refinished and appear as new. There is a full-size spare tire mounted on a matching alloy wheel. The paint is very shiny and shows very well.
