1975 CZ 400 - Type 981.8 - Falta Replica This bike was found in a storage locker. The previous owner bought this bike from the original owner. (He worked for the selling dealer in Northern California and remembered prepping this unit) The bike is a very original, numbers matching example.Paint is original - tires most likely - grips - tank - pipe - etc.The seat was purchased in a separate transaction.The engine is stuck (at the crank) - plan a full-on strip down and rebuild. **Quick note about the pipe - it is the original pipe - and is not in great condition - sections will need replaced - but I would prefer this starting point than any of the so-so pipes available in the market today...your thoughts may be different The front fork tubes are stuck and the chrome is shot ! ...plan to rebuild / replace and/or re-chrome.The handlebars are straight - the welded perches are good - levers and cables were not so good.
