Up for sale is a very nice 2001 Jeep Cherokee limited. This XJ has just 89k miles on it, and it looks great for an eighteen year old vehicle. This is the rear wheel drive 2x4 version of the Cherokee. This is the last year of the square body Cherokee's. The exterior of the Jeep has just been polished and the gloss black paint shows very nicely, it does have some minor dings, dents and scratches but nothing major. The majority of the nicks are on the front end from highway use. There is zero rust on this jeep top or bottom, which is hard to find for these square bodies. The limited edition has body colored trim and molding along with 16" factory aluminum wheels wrapped in like new tires. Inside the Jeep is a clean tan leather interior with many options. It comes with tilt wheel, cruise control, power windows and locks, remote entry, overhead console, privacy glass, woodgrain trim accents, factory cd and infinity stereo... The interior is clean and does not have any odd smells. The leather seats are in good shape front and rear with the exception of some cracking and splitting on the driver bottom. All of the windows work and the Air conditioning is cold, I also just had a new headliner installed 2 weeks ago. This jeep has just 89k miles on it, but the engine itself has only 6k miles. The original motor has been replaced with a jasper engine. I have the receipt for over $5,000 that documents it. It starts right up every time and runs great with plenty of power. It shifts easily through all the gears as it should. I also just replaced the front brakes, rotors and ceramic pads so they are new as well. The only thing I notice while driving up around 65 is a slight rear end hum. It does not affect the way it runs or drives. All of the windows and locks work as well as all of the lights on the Jeep. It does have the factory tow package with trans cooler. I just had the oil changed with 10w-30 and a mopar oil filter, it's ready for a new owner. These Jeep's are getting hard to find in clean stock condition with no rust, this is a very desirable limited edition XJ with low miles that has had a small fortune spent on it. It is sure to last many years to come and hold its value quite well.
