I bought this with the idea of improving and keeping it. An unexpected change in life necessitates a sale. But the work that I did was with the intention of keeping it. It runs very well, starts easily with one or two kicks and shifts perfectly. This model has the Hi/Lo transmission. I bought a non OEM carburetor to use while waiting on parts to rebuild the original. The original carb has been rebuilt but not installed. It is included. No oil leaks.The gas tank was cleaned and sealed. The fuel lines and filters were replaced . The points and condenser were replaced. The tires are weather checked but do hold air. I did not replace them as there are several types of tires available and the buyer can choose what is to their liking. This model does not need a battery to run but needs one to run the lights. The existing battery is ok but the age is unknown. It is located in northern Michigan near the Mackinac Bridge and the gateway to Mackinac Island. Summer is a great time to vacation up here. Plan to spend some time in the area when you come for the bike. I am willing to store it until the buyer can make arrangements provided payment in full has been made. Shipping is not an option unless the buyer can arrange something, in which case I will assist. Please ask any questions.
