Offering my 1997 Porsche 993 Cabriolet at NO RESERVE. High bidder will own it. 79,900 original miles. Very good overall condition, very clean. AUTO CHECK IS WRONG---ONLY 3 Owners, I am the third owner. Please read description. Car Fax verified 3 owners. History: Two Previous Owners, I am the third owner. Auto Check states 4 owners but this car was bought by a dealer in 2003 and was recorded as a transfer to a new owner. The first owner was in Georgia and owned for 5 years. The Second Owner is from Detroit and had the car for 15 years. I personally know the second owner. Auto Check states Accident in 1999 but Carfax states "slight damage reported". The Second owner had verified when he purchased from first owner that only minor damage had occurred and hood was damaged and replaced. The second owner verified this with pre-purchase inspection. I bought the car from second owner and I have owned for a year. I am selling because I have my eye on a turbo 911. Options: P15- Power Seat Package, P03-Technic Package, Y06-Aluminum Shifter and Brake Handle, C02-US Emissions, 490-HIFI Sound, 455-Rim Caps with crest, 398- 17" Turbo Twist Wheels,551- Wind Deflector, M6B-Black Floor Mats, Y29- Chrome Exhaust Tips, E22-Aero Kit, Becker CR 210 Radio with CD changer in trunk. Body: Very Clean, no dings or scratches, appears to be mostly original paint. Hood was replaced and painted. All original glass, one small chip on windshield that was repaired, No water leaks. Mechanical: All systems function as new. Everything on the car works and operates as it should. Engine and transmission: Starts easily hot or cold, Shifts smoothly, No oil leaks, All plastic underside panels in place. Always Dealer serviced. Interior: Very clean interior, no modifications except discreet mounted radar detector, Factory floor mats, Very small amount of wear drivers seat left side bolster. Two ignition keys, two remote immobilizers. Cabriolet top: Original top in very good condition, Original headliner in place, small chip (hole) in back plastic window (see photo) at top of window. Power top operates well. Cabriolet Boot included and factory windscreen. Wheels and tires. Wheels and tires in good condition with no damage or scrapes on wheels. Good tread on tires but tires are older. Factory wheel locks in place, Wheel lock key, Jack and spare never used, Factory tool kit Air Conditioning: Good operation, blows cold. Electrical: No electrical issues Misc: Has factory tool kit, factory windscreen, cabriolet boot, aftermarket radar detector, missing air compressor kit. I have owners manual, radio and immobilizer codes and service records. Service: I have Porsche Dealer service records of milestone mileages from 1997 to 2017, 80,000 mile maintenance done on April 2017 at Porsche Dealer at a cost of $2312.00. Car is ready to GO! Records will be included with car. Operating- Driving: Drives very nice, Tracks straight, Brakes straight, Shifts well, No weird noises.
