1973 Honda CL450 Scrambler. All original. VIN: CL450-5018591 This is a NO RESERVE auction. This bike will sell to the highest bidder. Auction is only for 3 days so bid early and bid strong. Yes, I have the clear title. Yes it matches the VIN on the frame. These old vintage Honda's never cease to amaze me. Here I find this original CL450 in the garage of the original owner who bought it new and I get the original title he signed off on before he passed away, and I bring it home, file the points, put new gas in it and a new battery, and it starts right up and runs down the road. I love the drum brakes!!!! If it had those junk disc brakes you know they would be froze up solid. Not these!! Brakes work great!!! Exhaust is very good and there are no holes. There was a board leaning up against the seat and the seat foam was a bit pushed in there as you can see, however, it has been slowly coming back into form and if you add some heat to it, it will come back more. The paint is original and not faded but it does have typical patina as does the entire bike. But it was never left outside, so being indoors preserved the bike well. If you are looking for an un-restored original vintage CL450, that you can restore, then this one just might fit the bill. I have not tried to clean it. I wanted you to see it as is, where is.
