You are bidding on a complete 1954 MG TF with wire wheels that was disassembled for restoration. The drive train (engine, gearbox and rear axle) was rebuilt. The differential was changed to suit modern driving conditions. The left and right body frames and some other body parts are repainted in black ready for reassembly. The drive train is installed in the chassis. All body panels are rust-free and damage-free. The firewall, fenders, hood top and side panels, spare wheel carrier and running boards are in primer, the body tub, doors and petrol tank are in their original red paint. All of the chrome, including the grill is in nice condition. The ash frame is completely rot-free. The original red interior is in excellent condition and could be reused. The original tan soft-top and tan side curtains (side screens) are in excellent condition and could be reused. The leather seats covers are the only parts of the interior that need to be replaced as the color has faded and the leather has torn in several places. The rolling chassis has been stored in a heated and air-conditioned garage and the rest of the car is stored in my dry basement. In summary, this is a complete car that simply needs reassembly with little to no further outlay. My reason for selling is that I have another project that has taken precedence.
