1954 Ford pickup. Clear Utah title. odometer says 70685. It has been stored inside since 1974. . Has a rebuilt 289 with a mild cam. Never started. All the openings are covered so nothing has entered the engine. No carb. I do have a rebuilt starter. Top loader 4 speed. The linkage is there but the shifter is not. 9 inch rear end. Set up with a Saginaw power steering box, and Cadillac tilt steering Original front axle. Frame is solid and not rotted. Bed is solid and not rotted out. Bed sides are very nice. Bed rails are very straight. Wood in bed floor is shot. The steel panels that hold the wood are nice and usable. Tailgate is rough. Front panel is decent. Rear fenders are nice with minor rust in the lower front on both fenders. Running boards are nice but need a little work. Left front fender is nice with no rust. right front fender has a crack on the wheel opening flange about 3 inches long I. It is repairable but I would replace it. Front panel and grille are pretty good. Hood has been filled where the emblems go and bondo is cracking but it is very straight, has one small dent on the drivers side that did not show up in the photo. It does have a couple of cracks where the hood hinges are that need to be welded. The cab is really solid with a small amount of rust in the rear corners. It looks like there may be a small amount of rust on the right front of the cab.The drivers side panel in front of the door needs work. The roof is very nice, no dents. The drip rail around the top is solid with no rot. Back of cab is straight with some surface rust. Doors are solid with no rust that I can see. Dash is very nice and has not been cut, the only holes are factory. I do not have the heater. Original seat. The floors and corners inside are really nice with no rot and have not been cut up. This is a project but a really great start with a very decent body to start with. No rust out that I can see. There is a small dent on the rear of the drivers door. I pulled the weatherstrip off the corners and took some photos of inside and out and poked with a screwdriver and they are solid.
