This is a 2008 Jeep Rubicon,it has a salvage title because it was in Texas during the floods they had, and it was being used to pull other cars out of the flood waters. The water got as high as the floorboard. It didn't cause any damage, we have inspected the whole jeep and it really is a nice jeep.We checked everywhere and found no water damage.The reason we are selling because texas has different smog laws then Calif, so this jeep is not smog legal for Calif.,we called the jeep dealer and they said it was 49 state legal. I should have checked before i brought it,but who would have known. This jeep has a small lift kit on it,so its ready to go off roading. We have a top for it but after seven tears in the Texas sun its a little damaged, but its not unusable. Its has four B.F. Goodrich 255/75/17 tires that are like new. I would have no problem jumping in it and driving anywhere in the country. We have priced it at about half of what it would be if it didn't have a salvage title. Thanks, you won't be disappoined
