About the build: The engine case covers were removed and professionally stripped, and matte black powered coated for a durable factory finish. The engine block was stripped and repainted using automotive grade ceramic coated engine paints. Aluminum parts were removed, buffed and polished for a high gloss finish. Mono shock conversion and new custom aluminum subframe and seat were installed. Gas tank was also professionally painted using automotive base/clear coat in a high gloss "Mexico Blue" finish that accents the matte finish engine covers. The carbs were cleaned, rebuilt, synced and rejetted for best performance for the new MAC exhaust and pod filters that were installed. Electronics were relocated using the existing factory connections for a clean look along with the hidden battery and box. This bike has been done with great attention to detail for a very clean professional look. New oil, filter and plugs were also installed so this bike is ready for the road, starts and runs great!
