1984 Porsche 928S. Great driver that needs a few things fixed. This is an excellent way to get into a 928S that can be driven while it is being worked on. Problems that need to be addressed: The driver's seat has a few tears. The passenger seat has a split seam. The leather is somewhat dried out. Both seats will need to be recovered to look their best. The dash has cracks. The driver's side power window does not work. The blower for the HVAC does function. The trunk latch needs work to latch correctly. I removed the latch so the trunks sits flush. The exterior is very glossy. but the nose of the car would need to be repainted to look its best. It appears that at some point someone may have sprayed a clear coat over fading paint. The front S spoiler only has the two outer sides, but is missing the center part. On the upside the body is extremely straight and rust free. There are a couple of small dings that could be easily addressed by a paintless dent repair person. The India Red paint shines very nicely. The slot mags are polished and in very good shape. Tires are older but have decent tread. The car fires up instantly and sounds great. On the road it rides smooth with no strange vibrations or shaking. I wouldn't hesitate to take this car on a long drive. The transmission functions as it should and was rebuilt by a previous owner at a cost of over $4,000 and I have the receipt for the work. The Carfax confirms the actual mileage of under 96,867 and shows no accidents. With the exception of the previously mentioned window and blower motor all electrics function as they should, including the pop up headlights. I can be reached at 505-907-2111 with any questions.
