1957 Restomod Project Truck. 1957 truck on 1972 C10 frame. Tired 350 engine and later TH 400 trans. Pwr windows, seats and ac all work. Nice radio but depth of case interferes with window wiper function (wipers work). Cracked passenger window. Have new replacement. shaved door handles with cable actuated open. Air bagged rear 4 link suspension with tilt bed. 315/35/17 rears - 265/50/17 fronts. Truck needs finishing details and would make a great car show cruiser. Odometer not connected. New gage cluster shows 0 miles. Started as project 2 years ago and old age happened to me. (I'm older than the truck) My loss, your gain. It is kind of a metallic orange. Paint is very nice but not perfect. No rust. PVC in the bed supports the cover so it doesn't make a swimming pool when it rains. Engine will run but seems like distributor gear or timing chain needs attention. It will drive around the block or onto a trailer. All the lights and gauges work except the odometer. Trans shifts good and rear end (posi) seems fine. Yes. I have some spare parts that I bought to help fix it up. Short water pump, pulleys ... No. You can't drive it to California.
