Up for auction is a good running Matchless G80. I started it today for the first time in 5 months. It started on the first kick as usual with no smoke. It settled into a steady idle with no unusual noises. The clutch is new and disengages smoothly. It goes in gear with no sound and will go back into neutral easily. It runs good, pulls strong with no harsh vibration. everything works. It has a new Alton generator (alternator) and is converted to 12 volts. The speedometer was just calibrated and rebuilt. It works good and is rock steady. Mileage is not actual. It has a new seat, the foam was hard on the original, I still have it. The chrome on the tank is good with no dents. I have a clear title in my name. I'm sure I forgot some things so feel free to ask questions. I'll work with your shipper. I've added more photo's. The rims don 't have any rust or pits. The paint is good but not perfect. The spokes look good also. The paint on the metal shines with good patina but the paint on the frame and motor mount plates isn't so good.
