Relisted with even lower reserve!!! Not giving car away but close. No way can you build a car like this for what reserve we have on it!!!! Forction is a beautiful restified 74 Plymouth Duster. Starting with an original one owner, 81,000 mile, SOLID example of an a-body. Most everything that needed any attention has been replaced or restored along with a few modifications. The car is numbers matching and was a well taken care of driver of somewhat survivor status but showing age. Engine and transmission were fine for 74 standards but now have been slightly modified for performance and reliability. The original 225 is now .030 over with mild cam, shaved head and new 4bbl carb. With 3" exhaust the car performs and sound just like a small block. Transmission has been rebuilt also along with installing low first gear set. Suspension and brakes have been gone through as well along with addition of 8 3/4 rear housing 3.23 gears and posi. Car does have power steering and manual disc brakes which came factory on this car along with bucket seats, console, air conditioning, dial painted ralley mirrors and tinted glass. The car still retains it's tinted glass even though it does have a professional tint job with looks great given the factory color combination of burnished red with white interior. The interior retains the original door panels but rest has been restored. New Legendary seat covers and buns. New ACC carpet. New foam core dash pad. Beautiful restified headliner starting with the original headliner board which was in excellent condition but has been covered for years of beauty. A/C has been converted to 134 with aid of sanden compressor using factory Chrysler brackets and custom factory looking lines. Blows ice cold. The body started off solid as a rock with no rot. Car retains all original sheet metal covered with an excellent smooth new exterior paint job. Absolutely no body panels have been replaced nor repaired. New strips, new 73 bumpers, new door handle, light bezels, side markers, etc.. All in all this is an excellent local and larger show car along with being and excellent driving and handling car. All lights and buzzers work along with the original am radio still playing strong. Fly in and drive home.
