This car is a 2007 VW passat 2.0t. It was a good car until it hit 200,000 miles. We started having problems with it after that. I don't want much for it and would prefer to have somebody buy it that knows how to work on VWs but you can have it if you want it. I will list the problems below: Transmission: whenever I accelerate into second or slow down into first, every so often it shifts hard and shakes the car. Not sure why but it has been doing it for a while.Parking Brake: I have replaced the parking brake twice in the past year. I think a sensor is going bad. Every time I drive it now, if you go 5 mph or more, the car starts dinging at you to stop. Electrical problems: Some of the switches are starting to go bad. Fuse box: The fuse boxes are wired wrong. Interior looks good except for the drivers seat. The leather is worn. The engine, headlights, parking brake, and a few other parts have been replaced. It has been a headache to deal with for a while. I believe it would be a good car for p[arts or to fix up BUT IT IS DRIVEABLE!!!! Price is negotiable but will only take a fair deal.
