Up for Auction is a 2002 Acura MDX, Sun Roof, A/C, AWD, Driven Daily, New Tires, Recent Brake Work, Newer Battery (six months old). VEHICLE CONDITION This vehicle has been well maintained and as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Please study the photos. It has recently received new tires which ran about $800. It has brake work down when first acquired back in September of 2017. It was acquired from Allentown Pennsylvania and was a seized vehicle because of the driver's infractions. It was placed into service in upstate New York State and used as a commuter vehicle there until this month when the owner was relocated to Connecticut. The vehicle is being resold for no other reason than the owner is relocating to California and it is cost prohibitive to transport to that location making it more efficient to sell in its current location. Please note if the vehicle does not sell for a reasonable price by next weekend, it will be transported, even with the high cost of moving. Lots of bell and whistles on this model. I am unfamiliar with all of the options as this car is owned by a relatives. However, I did pay for it and inspect it myself.Its a fun vehicle and a good year for this Acura. It may have been SUV of the year that year. It won a lot of awards. It is a daily driver with a lot of miles on it. Please realize that its not new and it will have the usual dents, spills, scratches, and dings that one would expect from a daily driver. Very little is known about the car before purchasing from the Police Department in Allentown. I can only tell you what has happened since September.Thank you. Please note that this vehicle is currently registered in New York state but is located in Hartford Connecticut.
