This is a 2002 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe. Why the low price? It doesn’t run very well right now. It will start up, but you can’t drive it. White smoke comes out one side of the exhaust. It could be an air oil separator or a fuel injector problem or something else. It stopped on a trip with a check engine light coming on and the message ‘drive to workshop’ on the dash. It lost a lot of power and had some white smoke dumping out and was far from a shop so it got towed. The bumper on that side got hot and deformed some right near the exhaust tip as shown in photos. It fouled up the plugs, but the oil was clean and the coolant still looks good. Test drives are not possible and you will need to bring a trailer. Now, on to the good part of this car. This car is in good shape for being a 2002 year model german piece of engineering with 168,700 miles. This was my daily driver for most of the past 8 years. It has tons of factory options on it including full leather, Porsche stability management, auto dimming mirrors, heated seats, rain sensing wipers, rear window wiper, the optional larger 18” wheels, xenon headlights, and the 3 spoke steering wheel. Additionally, the car has had a new clutch and flywheel installed at 151,220 miles and it has had the IMS bearing replaced with an LN engineering fix as well as the LN engineering RMS. As far as the condition goes it is rust free and has had all maintenance kept up with for the duration of my ownership.
