I am selling my authentic 1965 Pontiac GTO. It is numbers matching and has a 2-speed automatic transmission. Engine size is a 389 cu in. This GTO originally came with a 4bbl carbureator but currently has the Pontiac tripower carbs. The Tri-power carbs are the only thing not original to the car. Original engine has 96,000+ miles. Runs and drives great. Compression in all cylinders are good (I encourage you to check yourself). It has the factory safe-t-track (posi) rear end. Suspension was also gone through and rebuilt. Paint is very straight and body in excellent condition. I would rate exterior 8.5/10. Interior is very nice as well and is complete. I would rate interior 9.5/10. Comes with factory option wood steering This GTO is a true time capsule. This is a complete running and driving GTO. All dash, lights, wipers, windows, locks, etc are in working order with the exception of the oil pressure gauge. I have a replacement sending unit. This GTO is turn key and will take you anywhere. It drives, handles, and brakes as good as it looks. This is NOT a clone. NO RUST. I have the Muncie 4- speed period correct for 1965 GTO's. I also have the hurst shifter, flexplate, bell house and pedals. Missing the center console. We can work out a deal for the complete set up for extra. This is not a project car, it is clean title in my name.
