Here is a unicorn for sale. Very good condition and very rare with low miles and in excellent running and driving condition-2005 Passat 2.0L TDI Diesel Wagon converted to 5 speed manual transmission sourced from European TDI. Major services just completed at 150,000 miles including replacement of timing belt, drive belts, drive belt tensioner, water pump, thermostat, and balance shaft chain, chain tensioner, gears, and oil pump drive key, also including all new filters and oil change. The old balance shaft chain was getting a little noisy so instead of deleting the balance shaft module and ruining the smoothness of the BHW engine as the engineers intended it, I decided after some research to replace the chain, gears, and tensioner. Single mass flywheel installed with European transmission is nearly new. Brakes at 50% all around. No oil leaks. Runs great. Drives like it should have from the factory with the EEN 5 speed manual transmission. The vehicle is currently on 17” wheels. Also includes original 16” wheels. Only a few minor cosmetic blemishes as shown in the photos. Extensive dealer service history on Carfax. Interior is like new. No rust anywhere to be found-never exposed to ice melting road salts, paint is still beautiful-no fading or discoloration. Audi 3 spoke steering wheel installed but I have the original wheel and airbag. Offered and sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. Fly in and drive it home or have a shipper pick it up. Either way I will work with you and hold onto the vehicle for a reasonable amount of time if needed. This is a great wagon that drives and rides amazing. The interior is like new and has never been smoked in. I may sell for a reduced price without the 17" wheels and without the rear cargo compartment partition.
