I have forsale my 1984 Ford Mustang Coupe. Let me start off by saying that if you are looking for a perfect car then this isn't the car for you. It has its fair share of dents and scratches,although it presents itself very nicely for its age. Only reason I am selling is to fund another project. The car has 84k original miles and is one of the nicest original cars I have seen that is daily driven. It has a few hiccups like most old cars do, I would recommend replacing the fuel tank or the injectors as it stumbles on idle sometimes, but always starts back up. I have replaced the starter, battery, and a fuel filter. I did an oil change and air filter 2k miles ago so they are almost in need of replacing as well. The car is nice and tight driving car, I put new brake pads and lines in the front just as precautionary maintenance. Still has the original wheels but with newer tires that are in good shape. The transmission shifts nice and smooth as well. The interior is very nice for its age. The seats have very little wear but not perfect. The carpet is nice and so are the door panels besides a little knic on the driver side door panel by the mirror cap. The dash pad is in nice shape besides 1 small crack which happened recently due to the hot CA sun. I have a carpet dash cover on there but you can only do so much. The exterior is in nice shape other than the few dents and scratches I mentioned. It has a dent on the passenger side quarter panel near the taillight and 1 on the roof near the back glass, and a tear on the front bumper that could be fixed, other than those and some small door dings its in nice shape. Still shines up nice but would benefit from a nice wax and buff. Car still has all original windows and trim besides the driver side mirror which someone replaced it with a black one at some point in its life. This is a RUST FREE CA car, the floor pans and shock towers as well as the bottoms of the doors and trunk are in awesome shape. This would be a perfect 5.0 or coyote swap car. Or leave it original like I have and just cruise it.
