Hello. Selling our 1998 Ford Explorer. It starts and it will run. Motor issues, engine sounds very rought/loud. Took it to mechanic, and he said it needs new engine. Did not get 2nd opinion. Just want to sell now. Depending on how far you are taking it, you may want to not have that loud noise while driving and maybe consider towing it away. has new starter and new brakes History of SUV: Very solid good truck. I bought this from a PA car dealer in 2012 for my daughter who barely drove it. Hubby took it back and forth to work for a while after she moved out. He started it/drove it this week.
