I am offering to the E bay community this beautiful 54 Bel Air two door hardtop (no post} car.I have known this car for over 40 years it belonged to a good friend who passed away last year.It has 21,000 believed correct miles, and three owners The original paperwork is in the glove box from the first owner and still has the jack instructions on the jack.It has some very rare accessories such as Power glide transmission,oil filter,am radio with rear seat speaker,wiper washers exhaust deflector,locking gas cap (GM) and very rare wire wheel covers that were in fact used on the 54 and carried over for 55.It's had 1 professional repaint in 1990 in the original colors with many NOS parts installed at that time.The paint still has a very nice finish to it with minor imperfections's There is no rust or rot on the car nor has it been patched up.The seat covers and side panels and carpet were replaced at the same time using correct materials from C.A.R.S.inc as this was the car they made patterns for the 54 Chevrolet interior kits.all the glass is good (original) all windows work as they should.New gas tank,brakes,alignment,New 6 volt battery,Exhoust system Fresh oil change with zinc additive,Cooker Wide Whitewall Radials (5),and many other things to make this car a pleasure to drive.I personally Drove this car over 200 miles last summer while on tour in New York and here locally.The only thing it may need is a fuel sending unit as it is not accurate.It is a Senior Award winner with the Vintage Chevrolet Club Of America (VCCA) And was shown at the prestigious Eyes On Design car Show at the Edsel Ford Estate ( A invite only show).
