1964 Volkswagen Beetle. Has original 40 hp motor that will need a tuneup. It has been sitting for 1.5 years and I’m sure the gas is bad. I can get it to run but it won’t idle so a tuneup and possibly rebuild carb will need to be done. I’ll start with the good then the bad. So the good is the doors are immaculate absolutely no rust the hood and deck lid are in great shape no rust and they’re not split as they tend to do. Has pop out rear windows with new rubber Has a newly rebuilt speedometer from Wolfsburg West. Tires are great original smoothie wheels with spare all the seat frames are in great condition the upholstery is useable but drivers seat is starting to split and they are extremely faded. I personally loved the look but you may want it replaced. Head liner is still in the car but no carpet. Electrical is still 6 volt system has a new reman Bosch generator and I’ve went through the electrical and got all lights horn and even the wipers work. Have added a third led brake light in rear window for better visibility. New fuel pump and riser block all rubber fuel lines have been replaced. Now the bad. Some jerk hit me and damaged the right front fender. Car needs the inner fender pulled out and a new fender for the car. The pans heater channels and lower package tray needs replaced and a few other very minor rust spots need attention. Currently the bumpers are off the car along with the right front fender. Included with the car is a set of heater channels a set of Wolfsburg West 18 gauge floor pans a complete rear package tray and a new windshield. Also a lot of new and used misc parts. Have original owners manual plus documentation of some work performed and parts bought. There’s over $1100 in sheet metal The car will have a salvage title. $500 deposit within 24 hours and buyer responsible for pickup or shipping.
