We bought this in May 2013 and it's been garage-kept the entire time. It really has only 12,330 miles (less than 2500 miles/year) -- living in the city we simply don't drive very much. It's never been in an accident, however another car hit the driver's door when it was open on a residential street, bending it forward. It was repaired by our local Seattle Mini dealer per BMW's specifications (i.e., with a "Celette"). We have all the maintenance documentation and all service was done at Seattle Mini.
