For sale here I have a mostly original 1955 Chevrolet 3100 project truck with a clear Ks title that matches the vin plate on the cab. The truck has its original 235 six cylinder engine that appears to be locked up with a 3 speed on the column. It has some of the typical rust for these trucks in the cab and front clip like door bottoms, cab corners, cab steps, front floors and front fenders. The cab is solid around the windshield and drip rail area. There are new cab corners, cab steps and gas tank included with the truck. The bed and tailgate is quite nice and solid for an original piece. The rear fenders have some dents that need worked but no rust through. The original frame is good and solid from front to back. All of the glass is in the truck but it is original and weathered. The bed wood is completely gone and one metal strip is missing. The only real modification done to the truck is the bucket seats a previous owner mounted on 2x4s some years ago. I have the driveshaft for the truck although its not pictured. The truck rolls and steers for transport. It will have a different set of 5 blasted and primed 16" Chevrolet wheels with roller tires when sold not the 1950 model wheels that are on it now. One of those wheels is pictured with the new metal parts. I have four new BF Goodrich long trail TA tires that the buyer of the truck can purchase for additional money if they're interested.
