Ultra rare and ultra nice. Loaded up Chevy flatbed dump 4x4 with the legendary 496 cubic inch 8.1 litre engine mated to an automatic Allison transmission. Some think this was the best engine/tranny combination GM ever offered. So much torque to push or pull most anything you want to. And a tranny built to handle it. Low 44,000 miles, loaded up and in great shape. I bought this three years ago to maintain my income properties. In the past six months and 500 miles I put her through the shop and brought to a new level with: new shocks, brakes, tires, batteries, exhaust manifold gaskets, windshield, fluids and filters, fuel pump, custom headlights and grill, etc, etc. A very cool custom flatbed dump body was fabricated with side pockets. Notice the Chevy emblem incorporated into the headboard. I spent $7,500 so you shouldn't have to spend a penny. Nothing wrong with the truck, I just don't need something this nice for my limited use. Power windows, locks, mirrors, intermittent wipers, drivers seat, steering wheel stereo controls, A/C, strobe lights integrated into dump bed and back up alarm. Frame is clean and well maintained and has been fluid filmed to make sure it stays that way. Aftermarket remote starter with fob integrated with power locks. And being gas, you can have confidence that it will start in any weather. Truck goes down the road as you would hope with no pulling, vibrating or pulsating. No smoke, leaks or funny noises. Gauges and lights work as designed. Tilting steering wheel doesn't even show wear. Interior is extra clean with no stains, rips or odors. 9' Fisher plow with new cutting edge, motor and lights. 4x4 engages smoothly with no issues. (why don't they make them all that way?) Dual plastic gas tanks for extended range. The ugly A Frame tow mirrors were removed and discarded. Folding and telescoping mirrors were added that are heated and power adjustable. There is some minor paint oxidation where the A Frames were removed. There are also a couple pebble chips you have to look to find. Truck is very presentable and custom cool. No rust issues. Undersides of doors are very clean with no evidence of repair.
