Selling my 2001 Saab 9-5 Wagon. * Engine completely rebuild with some upgrades at 147,000, was completed a little over a year ago.*Rebuild included completely rebuilding head including upgraded exhaust valves, New main and rod bearings, Piston rings, various new sensor, all gaskets and seals. Engine starts and drives better then new.* Turbo charger upgraded to Saab high output turbo charger. This turbo charger was available as part of option package from factory.* Clutch replaced and flywheel resurfaced with upgraded Saab clutch. Saab clutch used is a 'Viggen' style clutch which not only handle increased power better, but greatly improves clutch feel from stock.* 17inch aftermarket wheels, with EXCELLENT condition tires. All tires are Continental Extremecontact DWS06 all season tires with excellent tread. This are fantastic tires, smooth ride, great traction in all weather conditions and are wearing great. If you wanted original Saab rims, I could swap these out for 16 inch saab rims with some other tires..* Lots of other various parts replaced as part of rebuild. Car needs nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere!*Paint and interior are in great condition for a car of this age. Drivers seat has small split on seam as show in pictures. Paint is good with normal dings from small rocks and such. No signs of rust anywhere on the body, underneath is very clean. No leaks or anything.* All fluids changed out as part of rebuild, all maintenance up to date. Oil and filter just changed as prepping for sale with Mobile 1 Full synthetic oil.Only selling because I need the space for next projects, and unfortunately this wagon is difficult to get into my VERY steep driveway without scrapping rear bumper. Even installed new rear springs to get it back to riding at stock height, to try and solve issue, but when loaded down with stuff it is too hard to get in and out of my driveway, so this car needs to go.Couple thoughts about the upgrades. This isn't some 'raced' abused car. Adult owned by Saab enthusiast (I got three other Saabs). With the upgrades car drives better then it did from the factory. Power train is basically upgraded to Saab's Aero trim level, including the all important engine internals. This drives and ride extremely nice! You won't find better driving and riding car for anywhere close to this price. Car is available to inspection and test drive anytime before auction. Please inspect car if desired prior to bidding. Car is also for sale locally, and reserve right to end listing if it is sold there.
