The Austin A30 was built to be a small family car in the early 1950’s with an average of 42 mpg. This A30 has the original engine that has been untouched since date of purchased. With top speed of 62 mph and 0-50 mph in 29 seconds recorded by the Motor magazine in 1952. The engine is powered by a 28 bhp version of the new 803 cc engine. It was considered powerful in relation to the opposition with its rear wheel drive transmission package that was normal around this time period.
