Up for sale is 2009 Subaru WRX Premium 265 hp (sunroof, heated seats, heated windshield etc) sedan with a rebuilt title with 85K miles. I bought the car in October 2016 at 74k miles from a gentleman in IL who owned it since the car was rebuilt in 2014. This is my first rebuilt title car and it performs just no difference than a clean title one. I never have any issue since I have owned it probably because the car has a new engine and turbo 23K miles ago. The car actually drives much better than my previous 2011 clean titled WRX at 120K miles. I regularly do all maintenance necessary. This WRX was my daily driver but I just bought a new car so it is up for sale. Miles will hardly go up. Title in hand.There is no modification to this WRX only Invidia catback exhaust installed to make the car sound much better and K&N air filter. GOOD:- A new re-manufactured long block OEM crack, OEM pistons w/rings, OEM rods, OEM main and rod bearing, OEM oil pump and turbo by Millennium Auto in Michigan ($2800-receipt available) at 62K miles- Replaced brake fluid and brake pads at 78K miles- Replaced oxygen sensors at 80k miles- Performed A/C system evac test and recharged with Freon at 81K miles- New 4 Goodrich g-force Sport ultra-high performance summer tires (225/45ZR17) with all wheel alignments (12/32" tread depth = 100%) ($600)- Comes with extra winter sets (16" Firestone Winterforce 10/32" tread depth) ($800) which are currently on the car- Synthetic oil changed every 3,000 miles. The last oil change was at 84K miles- Freshly safety inspection done (due a year from now Jan 2019)Minor not good:- The remote (keyless) entry doesn't lock the car but unlock works fine- One or more of TPMS on the 17" summer sets went bad so the dash light for it is on. However, I bought 4 new TPMSs that will come with the car- Front seats have some dust stains that can be cleaned
