Hello, Here is a 1950 Pontiac Chieftain. A very original sedan with the factory straight 8 and automatic transmission. Runs very smooth, strong, and quiet. Carburetor, fuel pump, starter, and generator all recently rebuilt. Drives fine, but tires are old, and car should be inspected before considering highway use. Body is remarkable overall. Only minor rust, very little bodywork ever. Paint job is terrible. It includes brush paint over peeling paint, body underneath is very good. Chrome and stainless steel trim is all there and very good overall. Undercarriage and frame are exceptionally clean, see photos. Dash is original and quite good. Front and rear seats have been redone. A very sound foundation for restoration, Hot Rodding or an elegant Low rider.
