I have other cars for sale, please call with questions 714-487-4682 Dear prospective buyer, This is regarding to my recent negative feedback.The buyer and I talked about the car before he purchases it. I told him that the tires will need to be replaced in a few thousand miles. I discounted $1000 from my asking price so he can replace the tires. After 1 week of receiving it, He called and complains about the worn tires and the horn doesn’t sound like a Lexus’s horn that means the horn was working. I am not sure how Lexus’s horn should sound, to be honest. We talked about the worn tires before he purchases the car and I told him the tires need to be replaced in a few thousand miles, still he complained even he knew about it before purchase it. I then offered to take the car back and I will pay for the shipping both ways and refund him the money. I repeated that many times. He must have loved the car that is why He insisted on keeping the car and asked me to refund him $1500 for the worn tires that I told him that need to be replaced before he purchases the car. I feel the request is excessive and unreasonable but I want him to be happy with the transaction so I agreed to it. He agreed that he will be happy with the car, if he got $1500 refund and accept all responsibilities afterward. I specified that in my Paypal refunded transaction and he accepted the refund. I refunded him $1500. A month later, he came back and asks for more money. I didn’t give it to him; he then posted me a negative feedback. The car I sold him was a beautiful driving car, I drove it myself as with all the cars that I am selling and have sold. As you can see, I have 20 yrs. of perfect feedback with hundreds of satisfactory and happy buyers, why would I misrepresent anything I sell to jeopardize my perfect feedback, why would I offered to take the car back, if I didn't feel the car was nothing but a beautiful car, and last but not least, why would I have hundreds of satisfactory and happy buyers over the last 2 decades? Most importantly, lying and cheating are not in my DNA. A man with 20 years of honesty and integrity don’t just turn bad overnight. Thank you for taking the time to read my explanation. Please read the following so you don't waste your time: 1. This car has a salvaged title. Make sure you know what it is and that is what you want before calling.2. Take the time to read the entire ad before asking questions.3. The car is priced to sell and the lowest that you ever going to find. I can guarantee you that so there is not much room to negotiate. 4. If you can live with the salvaged word on your pink slip to save big money, then this car might be for you. Remember, you are driving the car not the title. I have hundreds of satisfactory transaction and feedback and have been on Ebay for almost 20 yrs. I will not sell anything that I don't want to buy myself so buy with confident! I have driven many salvaged title cars over 15 yrs. I have never had any major repair on them, not more than a regular used car with no salvaged title. Lexus's cars don't break down! To me, they are the opportunity for you to save a lot of money. I have sold a few salvaged title cars to millionaire and always wonder why would they want to drive salvaged title cars when they can afford to buy any cars they want. I asked them why. They simply replied the reason they are millionaire because they make good money and spend their money wisely and buying salvaged title cars is one of them. TJ McKenna For sale a 2015 Lexus RX350 AWD with only 31000 miles. It has all available options like NAV, BU camera, Blu-tooth, blind spot monitor, parking assist, cooled and heated seats, HID and LED lightings. It is an absolutely gorgeous looking car with hi-demand pearl white exterior. It looks, drives, handles like new with no issues. The car was involved in an accident and the parts replaced were the passenger side fender, hood, bumper cover, bumper grill, support behind the bumper, headlight, and driver side airbag. The accident only caused cosmetic damage not affecting the car performance at all. Despite what happened, this car is now runs, drives, and handles like new. There is no check engine light of any kind. Again, this car drives and runs like new with no problem. With only 31k miles, for a Lexus, it is hardly broken in. My 2002 Lexus RX300 is at 230,000 miles and shows no sign of slowing down. This is an exquisite car will give you years of enjoyment for so little money. At my asking price, you can't even get a base Camry. You are saving a ton so be reasonable please do not waste your time and my time haggling. You will never find car like this at this ridiculously low price anywhere in the world. It is only here! Last note: You are buying a used vehicle. As a natural of a used vehicle, it might have a few flaws including some scratches or dings but nothing is out of the ordinary associated with a used vehicle.
