Specifications: 1997 Ford F-350 Dually Pickup, XL Trim, 2WD – 2-Wheel Drive, Dual Rear Wheels, Single Cab 2 Door, Ford/International 7.3 Liter V8 Turbo Diesel Engine, Automatic Transmission w/Overdrive, Hydraulic Brakes, Spring Suspension, Dual Fuel Tanks, Heat - Defrost, Manual Windows, Manual Locks, Manual Vinyl Seats, Rubber Floor, AM/FM Stereo, Towing Package w/ Gooseneck Hitch and Trailer Light Hookups, Wheelbase 133”, GVWR – 10,000#, GAWR Front – 3,690#, GAWR Rear – 7,400#, LT225/75R16 Tires, VIN: 1FTJF35F8VEC39596, 96,395 Actual Miles Since New, One Owner. Negatives with truck: 1. Paint on entire truck faded (Orange may be your color). 2. Front grill and headlights are faded and discolored. 3. Vent visors on both door is broken. 4. Back bumper scratched and dented. 5. Decals removed but you can still see the letter outlines. 6. Various scratches, dents and paint missing on truck cab and inside bed. 7. Passenger side light damage on front fender, trim and signal near front headlight. 8. Tailgate inside trim piece missing. 9. Driver’s inside door handle missing. 10. Stained and discolored interior panels and trim piece around instrument panel is missing. 11. Headliner starting to fall in cab. This pickup until a week ago was owned by a local public works department in our neighboring State of Louisiana which is about 100 miles from our location. It was used by an employee of the public works department since new in 1997 (see link for current auto-check history report), no salvage, flood or major damage history and has been on a fleet maintenance program since new, one owner pickup with low miles! We purchased the truck directly from the public works department along with several other items, not from an auction, dealer or broker, simply turning this one into cash. After purchasing we checked the fluids and drove it 100 miles to our location, cleaned it, checked fluids again and then took photographs/video for eBay. The engine is strong with good oil pressure, not running hot, not slobbering or using oil, runs great with no leaks, issues or any type of warning lights on, transmission shifts properly, brakes are good, heat is hot, no dash lights or warning lights - the tire condition is good and can clearly be seen in the photos! Please take a look at the photos and notice the following, pickup has been driven by a public works department employee and they did not mind bumping into a few things from time to time – it has a few dents and scratches around and all flaws were highlighted in yellow section above, the rear bed is scratched and dented mainly on the inside of bed but has a gooseneck hitch and also standard towing package with light hookups, the interior is in decent shape overall with discoloration on interior panels, the seats are in good shape with no tears but some of the interior trim is missing, the dash is beginning to crack in places as well, other than what is mentioned what you see is what you get! Please remember the truck has been worked out of by a public works department employee and is not brand new, runs and drives great, miles are low, and it still has plenty of life left in it. We are selling the truck with a clean-clear title and bill of sale and to be 100% roadworthy, will make someone a good work truck, delivery truck or personal vehicle.
