Up for auction is 2008 Mercedes C300 4Matic sport. The car is in below average condition overall. 2 Owners and decent history, comes with both keys and set of manuals Vehicle is being sold as is with no warranties. We recommend to the interested buyers to schedule a time to view and test drive the car in person. Exterior: Exterior can be rated as in poor condition The right side both doors need body work There is a dent on the left rear quarter panel. There is a dent on the front left fender. There are multiple scratches and dents on the bumpers Interior: The interior is in average condition The driver seat bottom has a tear Some of the buttons are showing wear Aftermarket Kenwood radio Airbag light is on for Driver seat belt buckle TPMS light is on for one of the tire pressure sensors Mechanically: Mechanically the car is in good condition No check engine light. Tires are in average condition. Transmission shifts smooth with no jerks or shudder. Engine mounts may need to be replaced in near future. There are may be some minor scratches or dings on the exterior that I may have missed. The car is perfect for someone who knows body work, most of the work is pretty straight forward. Please note that our regular business days are Friday and Saturday, contact us if the pickup is on any other day. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 48 hours of winning the auction. If the buyer does not pay the deposit within the given period, an unpaid case will be opened up against the buyer and the vehicle will be relisted. The vehicle will not be released until all the dues are cleared. The only acceptable method of payment is cash, cashier’s check or wire transfer. The vehicle has to be collected within 7 days of winning the auction unless the buyer contacts us ahead of time. If the buyer does not pick up the vehicle within the 7 day period, we will relist the vehicle for auction again and the paid deposit will not be returned. There is a non-negotiable auction fee of $200 for any buyer including dealers. Tags, title and taxes are not included in the price of the vehicle and are buyer’s responsibility.
