Vehicle Detail
What I have for sale is a 2009 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. This model is in good condition and was once a service vehicle for a local police department in the San Antonio, TX area. Oil changes and all fluids have been up to date and checked regularly. The car is solid but having once been a service vehicle as previously stated, it does have a few hiccups. I currently replaced a wheel bearing to the rear passenger side with rear end fluid being topped off to specification. I've also replaced the spark plugs and front driver's side window motor. The rear driver's side window motor needs to be replaced. I never got around to it due to time restraints with work and family. All routine maintenance was performed by me to the best of my ability. The car has run slightly rough since I've owned it, I've plugged a diagnostic tool into the vehicle's computer and an O2 sensor code was discovered. I do believe they need to be replaced and therefore is causing the vehicle to run with some hesitation. Nothing a few sensor replacements and a complete fuel injector cleansing from your local auto shop couldn't fix. The 'Check Engine' and 'ABS' lights occasionally display on the dashboard but reset themselves on their own. There a few electrical issues that need to be addressed. Nothing major dealing with the driving operations but more so with fuse replacements in regards to interior dome lighting and the electrical locks. Due to these issues I am selling ***AS IS*** to keep this an honest listing. The car has been sitting for the past 2 months and I would like to see someone purchase it that'll take the time to give it a little TLC. It rides like a dream and buy with confidence knowing that after fixing the minor repairs that it's calling for, you'll have yourself a Crown Victoria that will last for years on end. I appreciate your time and interest in reading the details. Please forward any questions you may have and I'll gladly return a response in a prompt manner. Thank you.
