I purchased this Mercedes-Benz ML55AMG SUV with plans to restore it. It has absolutely no rust. The plastic front and rear bumper cover are known to disintegrate over time and these need to be replaced. It starts and runs good and is completely loaded for a Mercedes. It is an all-wheel-drive. I noticed a slight oil leak from the power steering (rack & pinion) when we pulled it from my shop where it has been stored for the past 3 years. It has just over 100K miles on it but runs great and uses no oil. It needs to find a good home for someone willing to restore it. I have found all the parts here on Ebay for less than $1000. Sorry but it is pick up only. It would be great for parts as well but restoring it is the way to go. This is the most expensive and sportiest model they made for the ML's that year. With a 500 CI motor it was not only great in snow but extremely fast.I HAVE HAD TO PUT THE ADD BACK UP BECAUSE OF A NIGERIAN SCAMMER. THE LITTLE SOB CLICKED THE BUY IT NOW BUTTON SO HE COULD TAKE THE ADD DOWN TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM PURCHASING. TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE SERIOUSLY INTERESTED AND ASKING REAL QUESTIONS, I DO APOLOGIZE. I CONTACTED EBAY AND THEY HAVE BLOCKED HIM AND PUT THE ADD BACK UP. THANKS EBAY! *****As a footnote....To anyone doubting the value of this deal, look up what the doors (complete) or the rear hatch door , or hood are selling for used in mediocre condition. Just price one of the mirrors. Even to part it out it is worth 10X what we are asking.
