Up for sale is a nice and clean 1986 Suzuki RM 125 Vintage motocross race bike. It is marked made in Japan in 11/1986, so I think it is a 1987 model year. This bike starts, runs, and rides great with no problems. The bike started second kick today after sitting in my garage for 2 months. Plastics are surprisingly clean for the age, and have no fading, cracks, or damage. Bike appears to have been stored indoors for most or all of it's life. Fairly new seat cover is in great shape. Plenty of tread on the tires, as shown in pics. Chain and sprockets are fine with no issues. Starts right up, idles perfect, runs, and shifts through all 6 gears great with no issues. Front and rear brakes both work great, and stop quite quickly for the age of this vintage bike. Bike is a little scratched and dinged from riding, but does not show any signs of ever being raced, ridden extremely hard, abused, or in any bad accident of any kind. From the condition, it appears that this beauty has been mostly sitting in the garage, and trail ridden. The bike is all stock as far as I know, except for the Pro Circuit racing pipe that is on it. Bike needs an air filter, a kick starter bolt, and the spring that holds the rear brake pedal out to the side. It is ride able as is, but air filter has damage, and should be replaced before going on a long ride or taking the bike to a track. Located in Bethel, NY, 12720.
