Nice little Rupp mini bike. Runs, rolls, stops. Check out the you tube link. 1970? 1971? not sure you be the judge. NO TITLE. Mileage = unknown no speedometer. Looks like a new chain, sprockets, and carburetor. Front end looks tweaked so I'll include a spare for you. Headlight and tailight are not connected, so not sure if they'll work.
