Specifications: 2002 Chevrolet 2500HD Silverado Pickup, 2WD – 2-Wheel Drive, Crew Cab 4 Door, GM 6.0 Liter V8 Gas Engine, Automatic Transmission w/Overdrive, Hydraulic Brakes, Spring Suspension, Air Conditioning (not working) – Heat - Defrost, Manual Windows, Manual Locks, Manual Cloth/Vinyl Seats, Rubber Floor, AM/FM Stereo, GVWR – 9,200#, GAWR Front – 4,670#, GAWR Rear – 6,084#, LT285/75R16 Tires, VIN: 1GCHC23U92F223223, 210,016 Miles. This pickup until recently was owned by a local contracting company in our home State of Mississippi, company is about 40 miles from our location. It was used by a directional boring contracting crew for the last few years, no flood or major damage history! We purchased the truck directly from the company along with several other items, not from an auction, dealer or broker, simply turning this one into cash. After purchasing we checked the fluids and drove it 40 miles to our location, cleaned it, checked fluids again and then took photographs/video for eBay. The truck cranks right up and drives down the road great with no major problems with the engine, engine is strong and runs great, doesn’t run hot and idles properly, transmission shifts out properly in forward, reverse has gone completely out in the transmission and will need to be repaired (NO REVERSE), air conditioning is not working, heat is hot, stereo works properly; truck has a few dash warning lights on and some of the gauges will stop working at times, nothing that keeps truck from running, the tires are in almost new condition and can clearly be seen in the photos! Please take a look at the photos and notice the following, pickup has been driven by a directional boring crew and they did not mind bumping into a few things from time to time – it has extensive damage to the passenger side of the truck from what appears to be an accident, the back door and back part of the cab is dented and bent, passenger side back door doesn’t open and is missing door handle assembly and will not also open from inside, the damage continues to the same side of the truck bed going all the way towards back, the rear is also damaged from what appears to be another accident where the bumper and taillights are damaged, a few dents and scratches all around – please look at photos and inspect– the front plastic “valance” under the front bumper is missing– the front bumper also has a dent right in the center, the rear tailgate top cover is broken and the handle is missing, the inside of the bed is scratched where items have been loaded and unloaded and is bent with surface rust, the center caps on the rims are missing, the inside of the pickup body is scratched/dented – paint worn off and surface rust, the driver’s seat is torn/ripped, the tires are like new. Please remember the truck has been worked out of by a directional boring crew and is not brand new but will get you around, runs and drives okay, miles are high, but it still has some of life left in it. We are selling the truck with a clean-clear title and bill of sale and to be roadworthy, will make someone a good work truck with a few things fixed.
