The bike was taken apart and worn or broke parts repaired or replaced. The engine was rebuilt after checking for wear with new rings, gaskets and valves re-seated. The frame and all metal parts were sand blasted to bare medal, primed, painted Light Candy Ruby Red and many coats of clear. The paint has not been rubbed out and I really don't think it needs to be. The bike has a new front tire, new seat, handle bars, levers, mirrors, foot rubber rest, grips, gas cap, fork seals and many other parts. Everything works like it should, lights high and low, bright light indicator, front and rear brake light switch, horn, speedometer, tachometer, kill switch with head light switch. Overall the bike is really nice, not perfect but well presented. Starts first or second kick, shifts great and has plenty of power. The SL175 is probably the rarest of all the SL Hondas.
