Please don't buy my car, but for the love of god, buy a Z3 before you die. These cars are incredible, I have never felt so attached to the road, so connected to the vehicle, so impressed with the driving experience. BMW built a straight up track car for production, with intent, and precision, rated among the best handling cars ever built, and for the price, every sports car enthusiast should try this car. Just not mine. This car I bought for the sole purpose of repairing and reselling. It's perfect for this since it's biggest issues are cosmetics like a new soft top, and door panels. The hope is to find a nice parts car and get carried away, replace most of the int. with all black, or the blue/black combo int., but there lies the issue. BMW offers so many options that this 'remodel' is going to be my taste, not yours. If your an enthusiast, your gonna want this car in your own flare. On the cheap, with a solid base, you get to tinker on it, pick the new soft top color ( black, blue, tan ), canvas or vinyl, keep the decent tan interior, or find different color door panels and int. pieces, maybe different seats, for a custom look. I'm finding lots of options out there. So there you go, as per wife's request, for fear I might overspend in my enthusiasm, I'll offer my current project for sale. *Clear, clean, TX title and clean Carfax*Well maintained solid 2.8L I6 and manual 5 speed*Cold A/C, power everything works*No major electrical issues, no major mechanical issues*Runs, drives great with new Tags and Inspection NEEDS*Door panels are missing *New soft top cover and motor needed (top is just stained and fully functional manually)*Has newer radio, works, but needs new speakers or amp bypass*Minor int. trim (seatbelt holds, passenger seat control switch, etc.)*Windshield has a crack but passes inspectionThe paint is in pretty good shape for the miles, no clear coat fading or peeling except on top of the side view mirrors, one soft dent near driver door handle, no folds or chipped paint on the dent. Paint is starting to flake on the lowest part of the front bumper valance (common on these cars).The car is all stock, never wrecked, matching #s, adult owned and unmolested. Good Falken Tires, Fresh maintenance, and inspection. I proudly drive this car everywhere I can right now, even with its imperfections, it's still a very impressive car all around.
