Vehicle Detail
1995 ford bronco Eddie Bauer 5.8 auto 4x4 180k Decent shape for the year, far from perfect though. Runs and drives well. I've owned the truck for a year and a half, everything listed that I've done below. I bought it at 176k, now has 180k. Was told the trans was rebuilt at 130k but have no proof of that. Everything works. Ac blows cold, heat is hot, overhead console works (had to put a new board in it), all windows work great. This was my project vehicle/toy, I've always wanted one and took a while for me to find the right one. The only reason im selling is because we have a little one on the way, so im having to get rid of a few things to have a more kid friendly fleet. Coolant hoses (4/16) Oil pressure sensor (4/16) Rough county 4" lift kit (7/16) -$600 with the quad shocks up front Some suspension bushings (7/16) Moog tie rod end links and drag link (7/16) Alignment (7/16)-$150 New 35x12.50's on 15x10's (7/16)-$1500 Custom true dual exhaust (10/16) $550 Alpine Type s speakers (10/16) Grill, headlights and surrounds (11/16) New rear shoes (11/16) Plugs, wires, cap and rotor (4/17) Shorty headers (4/17) $1200 installed which included the new egr New egr and tube (4/17) Oil change (6/17)Reman (rebuilt) gauge cluster (10/17). The bronco had an intermittent shifting issue with flashing OD light. Come to find out, the PSOM on back of the cluster was going bad causing the issue. The shop sent out the cluster but it was not repairable, so replaced it with a rebuilt unit ($700) I drove it about 200 miles in June after doing the last oil change. Had no issues, ran a/c the whole time and got 16mpg. The bad: Abs light on due to passenger front sensor. I have the replacement but couldn't get the old one out easily. Haven't really had a chance to mess with it since. Core support is rusted like a typical obs with its original core support. Tailgate sill looks alright, but it's only a matter of time before it's really going to start showing rust.. again typical for a bronco. Power window still works like it should, both with the dash switch and key switch. Bronco has 180k on it (see pics), new remain cluster shows 120k. I have the paperwork/documentation with proof of the new cluster with updated mileage. Front seat bottoms are trashed. the seat backs and rear seat is still nice though. Please feel free to contact me, Ill be more than happy to discuss the Bronco in more detail to make sure there are no surprises. I've sold 4 cars before this one sight unseen to folks out of state and haven't had an issue yet with someone getting something they weren't expecting. I plan to keep it that way through this sale. EDIT: added photos of the new cluster, along with the old cluster. Will also add the documentation in another update shortly
