This bike is the jack of all trades motorcycle and it was ahead of its time. Dual-sport bikes are all the rage now but back in ’89 these were an oddity. The US only imported them for three years, making this a rare specimen. This bike has 15,000 miles, so it has lots of life left in it. Features: Years produced (U.S.): 1989-91 Claimed power: 52hp @ 8,000rpm Top speed: 110mph Engine type: 583cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke V-twin Weight (wet): 204kg (450lb) MPG: 39-58 I love this bike for street, touring, commuting and adventuring on gravel roads. I’ve never taken it truly off road on single track trails. I’ve had it since 2013 and probably put 3000 miles on it since then. For the last few years, it has mostly been sitting covered under a canopy with a trickle charger. It was garaged by the previous owner. Comes with: Crash bars to protect the plastics Givi rack and panniers (side bags) The pro’s: Carbs rebuilt and new battery installed March 2017 (because it sat too long without any riding) New chain in 2016 Runs great and has never let me down Just inspected and registration renewed The con’s: I can’t think of any actually, but feel free to ask me any questions. I can start it up and I can ride it around if you want to make sure it runs. I’ll be taking the license plates off when I sell it—I learned this lesson the hard way with a car I sold.
