This Thunderbird is car number 206 out of 700 built. The "007" edition has a unique White Leather interior and a distinctive Coral paint scheme to match the Thunderbird driven in the Bond film Die Another Day by Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry. The Coral paint – similar to the Sunset Coral hue offered on the 1956 Thunderbird – also matches the bikini Berry wears in her role as Jinx. The '007' Thunderbird carries the James Bond mystique throughout its exterior and interior, creating an exclusive package fitting for any James Bond fan. Like all 2003 Thunderbirds, the "007" edition also will feature a number of performance enhancements, including: New variable intake camshaft timing for the 3.9-liter DOHC V-8, which helps boost horsepower from 252 hp to 280 hp while simultaneously improving fuel economy. Electronic throttle control for improved powertrain response and refinement. A SelectShift five-speed automatic transmission that can be shifted like a manual transmission, but without a clutch. The "007" Thunderbird had a manufacturer's suggested retail price of approximately $43,000. The Limited Edition "007" Thunderbird stands out from other 2003 Thunderbirds with its Coral body finish and a Performance White removable top. Chrome 21-spoke, 17-inch wheels match the A-pillar and trim accents. A new Performance White interior package includes full leather solid White seats, and White-trimmed lower door panels and speaker covers. An understated "007" badge will be placed on the instrument panel, and Thunderbird insignias are located on the seat backs. Each vehicle also will feature a numbered commemorative plaque mounted on inside the glove box. The steering wheel and shift knob will be trimmed in Black Ink leather. This Thunderbird is a CARFAX Certified 1-Owner out of Denton Texas. Please find a copy of the CARFAX Report in the picture section. You can tell by the condition of this rare Bird that it was loved and taken care of its whole life. I personally picked up this one myself and drove it 100+ miles. It rides and drives fine, all options work as they should, the special chrome wheels are clean and curb-rash free and the tires are fine. The original exterior Coral paint is dent and scratch-free and still holds its factory luster and shine. The interior is as nice, with an extremely clean dash, instrument cluster and carpets. The Performance White Leather Seats do have the traditional wear lines in the seats, but looks much better in person because our hi-resolution camera picks up and magnifies flaws. A good leather company could make the seats look brand new again, and I may be inclined to repair them if it was part of the deal. The Black soft top has a small wear hole on the driver side. This is very common with Thunderbirds. I have had quit a few of these and they seem to wear in the same place. Please find a picture of this in the picture section. The Performance White Removable Hard Top is in perfect shape, and it even comes with the factory rack to store the top when it is off of the Bird. 1 OWNER-CARFAX GUARANTEE-NON SMOKER!!
